my simple as fuck rule for how btc improves my life right now, In order of importance --

Rule 1: i am cashflow positive

Rule 2: i buy btc p2p when USD price below all time high with excess cashflow. Fiat used for liabilities and expenses

Rule 3: I sell btc p2p for cash / buy things directly with btc when possible when price above all time high. Cash is saved for when step 2.

and ya ofc i have some long term btc held too.

i rent miners from rigly.io and use sbi crypto as my pool. they have decent block hits ( around 3 a day), low fees and payout minimum, and offer pplns mining ( i dont like fpps,mining). and as far as i know,they arent part of antpool mafia.

its a great way to participate in mining , point some hashrate to a smaller pool, and recycle sats out of lightning channels back to on-chain (rigly accepts lightning payments for miner rentals). would recommend 🤙

had an unexpected channel close for my lightning node, left me with about 50k sat utxo. new strat is now to take these small utxos, peg them into liquid at less than 10 sat/vbyte, then use boltz to swap the sats back into my lightning node 🤙

as long as we have low fees consistently enough like right now, this works.
