i explained nostr to my 76 year old dad today as an internet project which uses a new standard for sending and receiving messages that doesnt need to involve email addresses or websites. hes an old school 60s fuck the state fuck the corpos hippie, positive conversation ensued...could see lightbulbs coming on. got to the other shit next.
